The Kenyan citizen, Chemirmir Billy is being detained by United States Authorities after suspecting him as a serial killer.

This Kenyan serial killer who immigrated to the United States in early 2000 by the help of his elder sister together with some of his siblings is now a resident of Dallas, Texas.

He has been accused of strangling and suffocating elderly women in the housing facility with intentions to rob their jewelry in order to sell them over the internet.

The documents filed in court this very week, indicates that the Dallas County legal officer said he’ll seek death penalty in case the suspect is found guilty of murder.
