Scars are not beautiful to look at at all. No one wants to walk around with their scars in the open but sometimes it’s really fine. People try so hard to cover up their scars to remain acceptable in society.
That, however, may not necessarily be physical alone. Sometimes people have emotional scars and this is the highest percentage of people out there.
Now, when it comes to emotional scars, unless someone tells you, you may never know. However, the truth is, until they speak up, you may not have an idea of how to help them.
For instance, if someone at some point was raped, their emotional life may never remain the same. You will find such people being bitter and overly protective. If they never open up to anyone, they may never receive the help they deserve.
Of course, you can’t go around opening up to everyone. However, it’s only right to share with your family and intended spouse so that they can help you. This is because the more you conceal it, the more it hurts you and those around you.
Sometimes it’s okay to just sit and share your fears with those who love you because they will help you overcome them. It will also give you confidence.
Don’t die trying to look perfect yet you’re struggling with a number of things. Don’t struggle with matters that can be shared with another. It actually helps you more to share it than to conceal it.
