Why Young People Are Shunning Marriage Lately?

Young people these days are somewhat afraid to commit. Most of them shun the conversation of marriage very many times and are afraid of the fact that one day they have to walk down the aisle.

The most amazing thing is that the rate at which they are dating is very high, the problem however comes when they have to go to another stage. The fears they hold within are just so many but they can be addressed.

The fear of whether they are doing the right thing is the leading cause of all.

Well, we can’t say this fear can completely go away but something can be done about it. Let the married couples set an atmosphere that can attract those in courtship to come into their world.

I think it starts from there. If all the young people see and witness is domestic violence and divorces, surely the fear to enter that field will be high.

Parents have a great role to play in making youths love marriage. I mean, you are the most real example there is. Children who have grown up in homes that are unstable shun the idea of settling down with anyone.

This is because they fear history will repeat itself. That is the league you find most times wasted and all they do is have sex with random people without thinking about marriage.

It’s just about time the conversation about marriage changed. Marriage is beautiful and young people should know that. Definitely, there are a few bad days here and there but still, it can be worked upon.

If this generation is not taught the beauty of marriage, the next generation will have a very strange mentality about it.
