You Have Bad Customer Services – Sheebah Blasts UMEME After Restoring Her Electricity

Singer, Sheebah Karungi has taken it upon herself to slam UMEME after they restored her electricity. She lambasted them for poor customer services.

Earlier on, the Bwe Paba singer took to her social media and called out the company. She said that they were making her hate her own home.

The singer went ahead to wonder how she didn’t have electricity for two days. She was charging her phone from a neighbor’s shop.

Apparently, Sheebah wondered how Munyonyo of all places couldn’t have electricity. As soon as she called them out, they rectified the deficiency and got her lights back up.

Although, she was grateful, the singer wasn’t impressed with their communication services. Sheebah wondered why she had to first air her grievances on social media because their telephone numbers didn’t help a lot.

The singer wondered what an ordinary person who is not popular as her has to go through to get their attention.

“Thank you @umemeltd… My electricity has been restored! But seriously though, Did I have to first expose you here to respond!!!! What are the customer service lines for !!!!??? Kati omuntu atali Sheebah.. atalina twitter .. nga wabulijjo akola atya??!!!

#ThisIsNotFair. Kati if it was my Kaduuka neighbour who charged for me that didn’t have power, should she also post here on twitter to get your services!!!?

#Tulikuki,” she questioned.

Different people aired their opinions over the matter. Of course the sadists instead of focusing on the poor service delivery put their efforts onto the singer.

They told her that she’s not as special as she thinks. They said she is just an ordinary person like them.
