It should be noted that the two singers a couple of months ago worked on a song titled Vako. It was this song that helped the former Leone Island singer to get back in the limelight. From here, he got to do his chart-topping song, Sipimika with Sheebah.
However, the dancehall singer also said there is no way they will ever partner again for free. This is partly because Yung Mulo is an ardent follower of Bob I Wine. And Alien Skin on the other hand, has been seen as disrespectful to the NUP principle.
“I can never work with Alien Skin ever again on a song unless he pays me.”
Meanwhile, the singer also talked about his encounter with UNMF president, Eddy Kenzo. According to the singer, he found the Big Talent boss at Humphrey Mayanja’s vigil and cornered him. Kenzo asked him why he was yet to join the federation.
He then told the Sipimika singer that the federation was formed to get money from the government and not to fight Bobi Wine.
However, Mulo wasn’t content with the timing of the federation’s formation and he declined joining it.
“I met @eddykenzo at Humphrey’s vigil and he put me in the corner. He asked me why I’ve not joined the federation, I gave him my reasons and he told me the federation isn’t here to fight @bobiwine but rather to get money from the government. I asked him why they wanted to do it at this moment when Bobi Wine has risen in politics and he didn’t have an answer.”
