Zari Hassan And Shakib Shut Down Breakup Rumors

Socialite Zari Hassan and her husband, Shakib Cham have shut down breakup rumors in style. The two appeared in Dubai together hand in hand all looking lovely. From the look of things, there doesn’t seem to be any form of tension between the couple.

It should be noted that the couple dominated celebrity news for the past couple of weeks. Rumors of their marriage hitting rock bottom had started making rounds on social media. All this started after Zari made a promo video with her ex and baby daddy, Diamond Platinumz for his new song.

For a married woman, the video seemed to cross limits and it seemed to trigger Shakib. In turn, he released a video of himself getting lovey-dovey with media personality, DJ Alisha.

Social media there and then started doing what it does best, ‘cutting word.’  However, Alisha addressed this video as one that happened years ago.

How the situation seemed to get worse.

Everyone started giving their opinion on who was wrong. Zari herself said that she couldn’t believe Shakib had paid bloggers to leak his video to get back at her.

On the other hand, Shakib did an interview with a notorious Tanzanian blogger who hates Zari to the core. She even actually paid him to spill tea about his wife.

According to Shakib, he seemed to suggest that Zari and Diamond were engaging in more than what they shared with the public. This is what led to the breakup between the Wasafi boss, and one of his singers turned girlfriend, Zuchu. Despite all this fracas and controversy, the couple seems to have ironed out everything.

It should be noted that Zari and Shakib have been together for a few years now. They officially got married last year in South Africa. This nearly cross-generational relationship since then has made different waves of news.
