Zari Hassan Reveals Why Tanasha Donna Is Coming To Kampala

South Africa-based Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan has revealed Kenyan socialite and singer Tanasha Donna is coming to Kampala. She said it was Tanasha’s idea to visit Kampala for her upcoming event.

It should be noted that the two ladies once dated the same man, Tanzanian singer Diamond Platinumz. They even have children with him.

“We getting the family together, why not?” said Hassan when she was asked why she invited Donna.

“I’m getting my people together, you know, yeah. So, she is coming; she is gracing the event. Because we speak. We always talk about our kids.”

Zari, who sometimes calls herself “the boss lady” said they were chatting about family. When Donna found out she has an event in Kampala, she expressed interest in gracing it.

Zari The Boss Lady All White Party is slated for Saturday, December 16 at Noni Vie in Kampala.

Tanasha will grace the event which will feature performances from Slick Stuart, Karole Kasita, Zulitums, Pallaso and DJ Lito. The event usually attracts socialites, celebrities and some of the best fashionistas in Kampala.

In 2022, the party was attended by some of her fellow actors in Netflix’s Young, Famous & African. Those who came were Swanky Jerry, Khanyi Mbau, Andile Ncube, Naked DJ and Kayleigh Schawrk. Winnie Nwagi and Mudra Viral were among the performing acts that day.

This won’t be the first time Zari has pulled off a controversial move when it comes to family. In October, she was dubbed the African Union.

This was when she was seen at a South African airport with Shakib Lutaaya (her husband) and Diamond Platnumz (with whom they share two kids). She has also been in the same environment and taken group photos with Lutaaya, Platnumz and Zuchu (Platnumz’s girlfriend).
