Ziza Bafana Reveals Cindy Will Suffer With The UMA Presidency

Dancehall singer, Richard Kasendwa aka Ziza Bafana, has revealed that songstress Cindy is set to suffer with the UMA presidency.

According to Bafana, the Boom Party singer forced herself into the leadership role minus consent from other artistes. This means that she’s literally leading herself only and the committee she handpicked herself.

The Pomini singer further highlighted why most artistes are now so interested in the leadership of UMA. This is because there are lots of benefits such as being given a brand new luxurious ride, huge salaries and allowances plus occasional Parliamentary sittings.

However, according to Bafana, all these can’t equate to the monetary gains from a serious and strong music career.

Bafana further added that they will give these artistes the benefit of doubt and maybe this time round, they really want to work. However, what’s troubling is that these failed to do anything feasible in the first term.

Bafana additionally said that as artistes, they are disappointed that Cindy and her bosses have blocked people who have been successful in music to rise to UMA leadership and do something for the industry.

The singer also added that these artistes are going to ashame themselves with this power wrangle. He cited the likes of Ragga Dee, Cindy among others who are musically respected but are now tainting their image.

To Bafana, most musicians work for legacies. But with UMA’s proceedings, a musician’s legacy is highly and likely to be destroyed. It’s why the likes of Ykee Benda jumped out of it after sensing the disorganization in it.

Bafana concluded by saying that Cindy is much loved in the singing arena and should quit these wrangles. And besides, although she would be worthy to lead, she failed in her previous term and should hand over to others.
