Bobi wine swears In

Singer Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine has today afternoon successfully been sworn in as a member of parliament for Kyadondo East constituency.

The singer who was welcomed by members of the opposition to the podium to recite the oath was received with cheers from fellow parliamentarians.

Unlike the normal procedures, Kyagulanyi was asked to take the oath twice before joining the speaker to get a copy of the constitution.

“Give him space, let me address the member” said the speaker before showing him his seat.

Bobi was declared kyadondo East Member of Parliament,net on 29th June after winning four other contestants with a landslide victory.

The singer joins the list of celebrities who have taken the 10th parliament by storm
