20 Year Old Man Kills His Mother Over Wife

Grief covered Kabarwa Sub-County in Bukedea District on Wednesday night, after a man aged 20 allegedly killed his own mother over family petty quarrel.

According to witnesses, Odongo Yafesi lost his temper and allegedly pierced a knife into his mother’s neck before he escaped.

This man regularly accused his own mother identified as Imoit Gladys, aged 43 of mistreating his wife and interfering with his relationship.

According to residents, the deceased worked hard and obtained dowry for her son.

The village councilor, Mr Emenyat Joseph said’ when the sad news circulated all over the village, we asked the police officers who arrived at the scene, unfortunately, the suspect had already disappeared and the body of his mother was lying in blood.
