Over 45 people dead and 400 injured at the Tianjin city explosion in China

The huge blast happened towards mid night at 11:30pm and up now the city of Tianjin is still covered with the cloud of smoke, however the sound of the explosion was heard and felt within about 10 kilometer radius.

Over 45 people are reportedly dead and 400 people injured and many who live near where the massive explosion took place are still affected with smoke.

The blast happened in Ruihai warehouse were dangerous goods and chemicals are stored, the Chinese government sent 12 firefighting teams at the scene to help to rescue those who are affected.

Tianjin port is one of the Chinese top five which processes hundreds of cargo every year.
