5 Players Who Were Shortlisted for 2015 BBC African footballer of the year award

Manchester city’s mid-fielder Yaya Toure was on Saturday morning nominated again as one of five players shortlisted for the 2015 BBC African Footballer of the Year award though his performance has not been so good this year.

Last year’s winner was Algeria’s Yacine Brahimi and this year again he has been shortlisted, Ivory coast’s Yaya Toure won in 2013 and Ghana’s Andre Ayew also won an award in the year 2011.

African soccer fans will vote for their BEST player on 30th November 2015 18:00 GMT and finally the winner will be announced on 11th December 2015.
