81-Year-Old Chinese Man Runs 400 Metres Everyday, Surprises Netizens

A Chinese man aged 81 has attracted people’s attention on social media after running over 400 metres everyday as he records his progress.

The old man’s picture was posted on Facebook by CGTN, which revealed that the Chinese man is from China’s Shaanxi, a northwestern Chinese province.

According to reports from CGTN, the Octogenarian insists on running 400 meters everyday accompanied with40 minutes warm-up in spite of the weather.

Netizens were impressed with the old man’s daily workout routine. They flocked the comment section to express their feelings about the post.

“Just little bit of exercise everyday really makes the differences,’ Simi How said.

“At 81 he still have energy to run, that’s so incredible,’ George Ogola wrote.
