The old man’s picture was posted on Facebook by CGTN, which revealed that the Chinese man is from China’s Shaanxi, a northwestern Chinese province.
According to reports from CGTN, the Octogenarian insists on running 400 meters everyday accompanied with40 minutes warm-up in spite of the weather.
Netizens were impressed with the old man’s daily workout routine. They flocked the comment section to express their feelings about the post.
