A group of gays attacked Pastor Kiganda at the church in London

On friday last week a group of angry gay activists surrounded a born-again Christian church in London, UK where the senior pastor of Christianity Focus Center Church ( CFC ) in kisenyi, Kampala, Pastor Kiganda was preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, he was invited to come and preach at the Great Commission Church in Barking, London.

Why the gay activists turned against Pr. Kiganda?

Reports from London pointed out that the man of God was just getting ready to step on the pulpit, there came a group of gay crusaders, they surrounded the church while shouting on top of their voices. “Shame on you Pastor Kiganda” this made a few christians in church to be confused, some christians who were still coming to attend the church service were forced to turn back in fear because of the demonstration which could easily turn in to violence, immediately the police came in to calm the situation.

Nevertheless, regardless of the demonstrations, pastor David Kiganda continued delivering his message to the tolerant people and the empty seats. Pastor Kiganda is among the likes of Pastor Male and Pastor Martin Ssempa who headed the anti gay campaign in Uganda. Some gay Ugandans who felt that their lives were in danger had to leave the country in order to be safe.

United Kingdom is among the countries which decided to provide asylum to the Ugandan gays after realising that they where facing a serious social outcast in the community and in the whole country.

Recently, Uganda passed a tough law on all those who are supporting and practicing homosexuality in the country which made the western world especially the USA to be concerned and therefore threatened to end their aid to Uganda.
