Be Thankful For The Scars, They Make Your story Beautiful

It’s hard to tell someone to be thankful for the scars in their lives. To find beauty in scars especially because of the memories attached to them is even harder. Depending on how you want to look at it, scars don’t have to haunt you. You don’t have to pity yourself because of the mistakes you made, the life you lived before you turned around.

The beauty of stories is not in the good only, its also found in the bad and how it evolved into perfection. No journey is straight, junctions make the whole experience even more interesting. So many people want to hit their heads because of how they lived their lives before they were delivered. Some fight too hard to conceal what they call their horrible past because of the tears it brings to them.

You don’t have to condemn yourself because of the scars your past experiences left with you. Be thankful because you are even still alive to tell your story. Let your scars be a lesson for those who see you. Use your scars to inspire those around you. Do not allow yourself to be cast down just because of what you did in your past life.

What you need to know:

The first thing you should know is each one of us has their own demons in as much as many never come out to say. When you have the opportunity to share your story with someone, do it with confidence. Many people have gone to places just because of their life changing stories. Their experiences have become a motivation for thousands of others out there.

The scars may not be just physical but emotional too. However you’re not defined by them in anyway. Do not allow any one or anything define you by your past, that’s not who you’re. Move with your head held high as you move forward in life. You don’t have to look back, there is nothing to look at. Just understand that every road you took back then was leading you to where you currently are.
