All decided to desert the label but Black Market Records protege Mulungi Tonny said that these artistes will have to honor their contracts and if not, they sue them.
For Nina Roz, she came out this week to allege that the label had pulled down her YouTube account. She added that they never fulfilled what they agreed on in the contract.
However, according to Black Market records, Nina is lying that her account was taken down. They added that she’s the one who knows what happened to it.
“These artistes signed contracts and are our investments. For Nina Roz, we always alerted her when we were going to upload a song. She’s the one with the login details. She should therefore stop accusing us of having taken down her account.” A one Ocean from Black market records said.
He added that they have invested a lot in these musicians. They therefore can’t run away after having had huge sums of money injected into their careers.
Ocean added that should these artists try to fight the label, they will be taught a lesson that other musicians will never forget.
He also said that for Bring K, he’s gone a step lower with personal attacks. They will deal with him.
Ocean cited an example of what happened to songstress Irene Ntale when she tried to force her way out of Swangz Anenue.
