Of course the singer would have a massive concert but this looks like it’s now going to flood with people after Bobi Wine endorsed it.
Nobody saw this coming as the two have seemed at loggerheads for the past months. Although Bobi Wine never publicly commented about his relationship with Kenzo, the Big Talent boss did. And he didn’t shy away from expressing his disappointment in the Firebase CEO.
Kenzo openly declared his support for President Museveni, Bobi Wine’s political nemesis. However, this didn’t deter the Bada singer from coming out to call upon Ugandans to support Kenzo.
In a video, circulating on social media, Bobi Wine said that ‘Please turn up in huge numbers and support my brother Eddy Kenzo for his Eddy Kenzo Festival.”
Bobi Wine added that Kenzo is like a younger brother to him. He’s seen him make baby steps to where he is now and can’t be beefing him up.
The Eddy Kenzo festival will take place this Saturday 12th, November at Kololo Independence Grounds.
Meanwhile a wide number of other artists such as Bebe Cool, Dr Jose Chameleone, Weasel, Sheebah among others have already come out to express support for the singer.
There have also been artists jetting in from abroad such as Mampi from Zambia to attend this festival. Kenzo revealed that there will be two stages to enable all the artists there to perform.
