Bobi Wine Honors Police For Arresting Murderer Who Killed Bodaboda Cyclist In Meng

The Kyadondo East MP and musician Robert Kyagulanyi commonly known as Bobi Wine, has put aside his grudges with the Uganda Police and appreciated the good work they did in their investigations towards capturing the man who was caught on CCTV camera on 30th June while strangling a boda boda cyclist in Mengo.
The bodaboda cyclist identified as Derrick Mulindwa who was hit several times on the head with a metal bar reportedly survived death. The ‘Kyarenga‘ singer has this time around decided to join and honored police for doing such great work. Therefore, while on social media, he posted a long statement about the issue.
“I want to take this opportunity to appreciate the police officers who arrested this man- John Bosco Mugisha, who is being charged with the murder of the late Derrick Mulindwa, a boda boda cyclist, in the most gruesome manner. He has allegedly confessed to having committed the heinous crime!

John Bosco and his partner in crime were caught on camera strangling the deceased, before hitting his head several times with a metal bar. Seeing this man, I can’t help but wonder how cold someone could be to end another’s life in that way. Did they think about his family? Did they ask if he had children and what would happen to them?
May Derrick’s soul continue to rest in eternal peace.”
