Bobi Wine Recounts Events That Unfolded During The Jan 2021 Elections

Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has recounted the events that unfolded during the January general elections in 2021.

Till now, Bobi Wine believes the election was rigged because he is sure he won. He however says, his victory was snatched by a conspiracy that has never been seen before.

“Today 14th Jan, marks one year since Ugandans went to the polls. Many had to endure the sweltering heat of the sun as they waited for their turn to vote. With thousands of our people under detention, Museveni deployed guns, machine guns, mambas and all manner of weaponry.”

“Then the kind of vote theft, not recorded anywhere before took place. Even then, despite all the rigging, Museveni realised he was headed for a resounding defeat. And so, aided by Byabakama, he usurped the will of the people of Uganda and announced his coup against the people.”

Some of the people however, say the election was free and fair. They say he didn’t fully campaign so some parts of the country don’t even know who he is.

“It is a shame & really disrespectful to find a lad who in 2021 didn’t campaign a ¼ of this ctry proclaim that he won & a person who fully utilised the days given to him by transversing the whole ctry to solicit for votes by presenting his solid manifesto to the electorates,” a one Uncle Assurance said.

Bobi Wine came second with 35% after Museveni who had 58%. However, up to date Bobi Wine says he won this election immensely.
