Bryan White’s Attempted Murder Case To Be Dropped

Bryan White the city socialite was last year arrested for attempted murder when he shot a neighbor of he’s in Makindye.

Bryan shot Victor Bitwire a business man in Munyonyo leading to his arrest together with Corporal Thomas Okot who was his body guard.

White was detained together with Okot and spent last year’s Christmas in prison and later released on bail.

It was reported some weeks back that the tycoon’s case file was lost however it’s has proved to be wrong.

Talking about bryan’s case, the Director of Public Prosecutions is revising on dropping attempted murder charges against him.

When white’s case was bought up in Makidnye chief magistrate’s court on Monday, the state prosecutor Happiness Ainebyona requested the court to wait for a decision from the DPP’s Office.

Happiness said that bryan’s file is in the Dpp’s office reviewing to see if his case could be dropped for the two parties settled the matter outside court.

Elias Kakooza, the Makindye chief magistrate adjourned the case to April 24 waiting for the decision from the DPP.
