Butcherman Regrets Leaving Fire Base After Museveni Abandons Him

Self styled ghetto president Butcherman has come out to decry the conditions he’s living in yet he’s a presidential advisor.

The dreadlocked singer while appearing on NBS’s Uncut show said the President was yet to reward them for their efforts during the presidential campaigns.

A number of people especially bloggers and entertainers have come out to cry to President Museveni to remember them for the works done in the campaigns.

These include motor mouthed Jennifer Full Figure, Isma Olaxes, Ashburg Kato among others.

They say that they put in a lot if efforts to see the President back in power. However, they haven’t tasted the rewards of their sweat.

Now Butcherman went ahead to say that he lost a number of businesses and other things due to his political work.

“To be honest with you, most of us have not yet been rewarded. Some of us put in our own resources, we even lost businesses. We went to the extreme to see the President back in power. We therefore request him to remember and consider rewarding our services.” Butcherman said.

He also went ahead to talk about the proposed government stimulus COVID 19 package for the vulnerable groups.

Butcherman said that the criteria they want to use in distributing the money in ghettos is not proper.

This is because the LC authorities they want to use do not know some of the ghetto dwellers very well.

“I think the criteria to be used should be changed. Some of these chairmen are not well conversant with the ghetto youths. I think the money should be given to the ghetto government. And as their president, I know them very well, I can therefore distribute it properly.” Butcherman added.

He went ahead to say that he had contacted the new minister of Kampala Kabuye Kyofatogabye and other relevant authorities about this matter.

He went ahead to plead to the Prime Minister Rt Hon Robinah Nabbanja to also come into this issue and help in solving it.

The former Fire base vice president added that he had a list of all the ghetto commanders. This would help in the distribution of the money.
