Charles Rwomushana Questions Bomb Blast At Bobi Wine’s Home

Political analyst Charles Rwomushana, has for long been a vehement critic of the National Unity Platform (NUP) and it’s leader Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu. Rwomushana has now rewound the clock and commented about the bomb blast at Kyagulanyi’s home.

It should be recalled that there were bomb explosions in the homes of Bobi Wine and Allan Ssewanyana. This was about 6 years ago in 2017 during the much heated uplifting of the presidential age limit. Both politicians were strong opposers of the motion which would favor President Museveni to run for a sixth office term.

According to Rwomushana, a lot of questions linger around Kyagulanyi’s behavior in this incident. Apparently, Rwomushana wonders if these bomb blasts were really by Kyagulanyi’s enemies. This is because the ex Kyadonodo east MP the next day took to selfies together with his wife and kids.

Rwomushana added that this beats his understanding because despite ones bravery, there are certain things that shake you.

He also pointed out Bobi Wine’s armored car that he ‘smuggled’ into the country. This was confiscated by URA but later released on Museveni’s orders which shocked many. Besides, he doesn’t understand why Kyagulanyi is so silent as part of his team is getting massively tortured.

All these raise question marks on where Kyagulanyi truly lies according to Rwomushana.

“The bomb exploded at Kyagulanyi’s home, at the window of the children’s bedroom. The funeral of the said story is similar to the funeral of the story of the arrest, detention and release of Sewanyana and Segirinya. Guys who are supposed to do surplus truth are rather too mean.

The crude dictator who abducts, tortures, maims and kills your comrades pays taxes for your armoured car and you do a Church Thanksgiving Ceremony…,” said Rwomushana.

The former intelligence chief has for long referred to Bobi Wine and his political party as a gang. These are nothing close to a political party seeking change but a group of lawlessness goons as per Rwomushana.
