Ease The Lockdown Completely And Allow People To Work – Muhammad Nsereko Tells Museveni

Many Ugandans are still crying over the pandemic lockdown due to coronavirus outbreak which has crippled the world economically and physically.

The deadly virus which became a world concern since February 2020, has forced many leaders around the world to put their countries under ‘lockdown politics’ which has significantly reduced the spread of the virus.

Several countries have experienced an unprecedented distortion of social habits for people of all ages. It has caused hunger, interrupted schools, social activities and etc.

Currently, many Ugandans are still under home confinement because the president has not ordered for a complete ease of the lockdown to allow everybody to go back to work.

However, due to the fact that the neighboring country (Tanzania) has already opened it’s entire economy and allowed people to work normally, Ugandans are demanding president Museveni to do the same.

Hon Muhammad Nsereko is among those who were left confused with president’s recent address. Some sectors like weddings, churches, Airports, Saloons, Bars are still closed, but people have now started flocking over to makes their ends meet putting aside the President’s orders.

Hon Nsereko asked the president why his ministers have been shaving their hair since the outbreak and this made him to wonder why he doesn’t ease the lockdown completely.

So Mr President, after 3 months, you see people around with nice hair cuts including your ministers and you still think salons are closed? You allow weddings are salons closed? Ask your ministers and advisors why their hair is short after 3 months. Just open everything.” Nsereko concluded.
