The United States Embassy in Beijing has experienced a loud explosion outside it’s premises on Thursday.

The eyewitnesses immediately uploaded pictures on social media of huge cloud of smoke filled up in the air outside the American Embassy compound in China’s capital, Beijing.

According to the State-Run Global Times newspaper, the Chinese police officers arrested a woman who was near the US Embassy flooded with gasoline ( petrol ) in a criminal attempt to offer herself a sacrifice.

Beijing police however said, the explosion was caused by a little homemade flammable device which was exploded by a 26-year-old man who only injured himself, according to independent.
Things looks to be back at normal, according to the tweet from Olivia Siong.

The eye witnesses told reporters that one of the Chinese vehicles appeared to have been damaged in this explosion.
