Faridah Nakazibwe Gives Her Concert Another Try

Faridah Nakazibwe, an NTV news anchor and show host, is today giving her concert a second try after it flopped last Saturday. This concert had a very low turn up at Lugogo Cricket Oval.

Though the reason is not yet known, publicity was surely made but the people were just not there.

Some people however, put it on the fact that there was a major festival, Nyege Nyege. This festival surely fetched a number of people.

Nakazibwe didn’t throw in the towel, she said it was only the first time and since she is new in the system, there is room for such adjustments.

Her aim for the concert is to fund her organization that helps out children. All the proceedings from the concert are going straight to her organization dubbed SMILE Nakazibwe Foundation.

Well, of course the road is abit rocky because most of the comments on social media are very unfriendly. By now though, the TV star has grown thick skin.

She has endeavored to mind her business. However, unlike those days, she doesn’t reply to bad comments or give them any kind of attention.

“Your biggest mistake was to surround your self with struggling musicians like Bruno K. Look for brands ma friend,” a one Edmond Byaruhanga commented.

“When the going gets tougher, you tighten the belts. And thanks a bunch for organising. You are much appreciated in this pivotal start. Thanks to all those that showed support in anyway possible to make it happen. Da darkest corners in this have been seen and a wiring 4lights z on,” a one Dozer Everson said.
