FDC Says It Has Collected Enough Evidence To Pin Kayihura

FDC said it has gathered enough evidence to pin the former IGP, General Kale Kayihura in court who’s currently detained, the party also wants Kayihura to be tried in Civil Court, but not the court-martial.

Speaking to the reporters at  the Forum for Democratic Change headquarters, the party officials said that a legal commission of inquiry contained of three high court magistrates must immediately be constituted to allow FDC officials, supporters and public to register their complaints against the former IGP.

The president himself has his personal interests yet there’s a National interest in his inquiry, it’s therefore a non-combatant case that can strike that justice, according to the party spokesman, Ssemujju Ibrahim.

Ssemujju Ibrahim said they have numerous charges against Former police boss, Kale Kayihura, FDC is already  organizing it’s supporters especially those who were tortured during the reign of Kayihura.

We already know some of those he allegedly murdered, those he attacked as well as those he captured and are nowhere to be seen,’’ he added.

Kayihura was arrested six days ago!

He was recently arrest and as of now he’s being detained at Makindye military barracks.

FDC party says general inquiry file should as well be opened to let complaints from both the opposition and from the government who will be prepared to open up case against Kayihura, ‘’said Ssemujju.
