Though Russia was put under a sanction which affected it economically, Putin continued to become more popular as the most powerful man in the world, he is a man of his word and his ratings shoot up to 89% in June.
Helping to solve Greek credit crisis aswell as the Syrian refugees problems, the Germany chancellor Angella Merkel was ranked the second and this made her to be the most powerful woman in the world.
Lets hope that Forbes made the best ranking, puting the Russian president on top of the list.
