Frank Gashumba Reveals Why He Stopped Sheilah From Joining NBS TV

Uganda’s motivational speaker and a social entrepreneur Frank Gashumba has criticized NBS TV like they are new in the industry and never takes it serious with the way it co-ordinates and hires workers.

Therefore, one of the main reason why Frank refused his daughter Sheilah Carol to sign a deal with NBS TV and advised her to concentrate on personal businesses is because of the poor management and unprofessionalism in recruiting workers.

After following her father’s advise, Sheilah Gashumba from then began showing love to her boyfriend Marcus Lwanga alias God’s Plan.

Frank Gashumba was banned by CEO Kin Karisa from the Eagle Program which runs on NBS TV every Sunday and that might have been the reason why he’s no longer in good terms with the media house.

“Sheilah was going to sign for NBS TV early this year but her father was not happy with that offer. He promised to help her out in running a private business in case she was tired of working for NTV,” sources revealed.
