Give Pocket Money To Your Adolescent Girls To Save Them From Male Cons – Pastor Advises Parents

A prominent Tanzanian pastor has called on parents to finance their daughters who are coming of age. Daniel Mgogo, the pastor and resident preacher at World of Salvation in Tanzania, says that predators usually take advantage of the little girls’ desperation for money to lure them into their traps.

However, he blamed primitive parents who go hard on their daughters and seldom give them money for their personal use.

According to Mgogo, the girls, after attaining the adolescent age, become so conscious of money. They soon begin developing an untameable urge to acquire it.

He asked parents to normalize giving their children money without having to wait for them to borrow it.

He noted that in the event the girl children are not financed by their immediate kin, they end up in the hands of opportunistic strangers. These will automatically lead them to early pregnancies and other forms of child abuse.

“I know a lot of parents here who don’t want to give money to their girls. Let me shock you, they need it more than you do. If you fail to finance her, she will meet a con who will take care of her. When she is at the university and that happens, she brings you the D degree (pregnancy) instead of the academic qualifications you anticipated,” said Mgogo.

“When she is lured to such traps, who are you going to blame. Let us get used to giving our girls money. They need it. And please do not wait for her to come asking, use your brains and surprise her,” added the outspoken man of God.
