Global health care public foundation has made a donation of $3000 to support health care workers at front line treating Corona virus patients during the lock down.
Handing over the donation Kilian Songwe regional director for Africa said on light with the organizations work and fight on Corona virus the organization is already working together with laboratory sub-committee to support the National task force by providing training for testers and developing technical documents for use in the fight against Corona virus.
A global health care foundation is Registered non governmental organisation which is soon to improve quality of life and citizens of the world. “to achieve our mission in Uganda we are working together with the Minister of Health through the national health laboratory and diagnostic services in providing technical support leading to the strengthening of public health laboratories through continuous quality improvement and resulting in accreditation of 10 laboratories, “songwe said.
Permanent secretary ministry of health Dr Diana Atwine appreciated the organisation for diligence and leadership that has been shown in the fight against COVID 19.
