However, rumors still have always lingered around that he’s an alcoholic. Asked about this, the singer said that’s an interpretation of people out there who don’t know him but he’s clean.
The Igwe singer said that he doesn’t drink alcohol or use drugs. However, he can’t force people to think about him the way he is because different people love or hate a person for different reasons. But all in all, he doesn’t rely on alcohol for anything.
“It’s not true that I drink alcohol. Those are people’s opinions. And it’s okay because not everyone can like you or perceive you the way you want. All I can advise those struggling is to trust God because he gives hope and always turns up all the time,” said the singer.
Meanwhile, he revealed that he’s already compiled an album that he’s set to drop singles from very soon. In fact, the first single will drop next week and he has four collaborations on this album.
He however didn’t mention them and said that fans will find out soon. Exodus apparently has been musically silent for quite a while.
Additionally, he also commented on UMA under Cindy Sanyu and the UNMF under Eddy Kenzo. These are doing a great job to emancipate the industry economically according to the singer.
Besides, he said that although he’s not present with any, he supports all of them. It’s the job of musicians to fight for their sector and earn from their efforts.
