It may not make anything easier whether it happens in ways you understand or not. However, the most important thing is that you should recover and move on from this loss.
For someone to say, you must forget them is just a lie, you could just learn how to live without them because there is actually no better way.
It’s very good to come to terms with the fact that we surely must die and when someone goes, it is just a matter of time before we join them. Of course, it has to hurt, let it be because this is very important.
You must let yourself grief as you should. It is alright to cry, to scream if it will help so that after that you start on the journey to move on.
Talk about it as often so you will blow up later. Every time you talk about something, it gets lighter and a bit more bearable. This is why they say that a problem shared is half solved.
Be around your friends, this is not the time to be alone much as you feel the need it. Company helps you get over sadness in some unexplainable way.
Let yourself heal so you don’t go into depression. Come to terms with loss much as it is not easy. Do the things you love as often because they keep making the pain easier to deal with.
Have an assurance that they are in a better place because, in its own way, it is comforting.
