Swangz Avenue songstress Priscilla Zawedde alias Azawi has revealed that she branded herself in the way she appears in order to avoid temptations. The singer exudes a tomboyish character that most people don’t find ‘sexy and attractive.’

However, the singer says that she did this intentionally because the music industry is full of mad people. It also has a lot of temptations centering on nudity and indecency.

Therefore, to avoid all this, she decided not to change her personality to please the masses.

The Summer Bae singer also added that she understands why a lot of people made noise about her dress code.

However, people are like computers, they can be programmed and made to see how things can be done in another way. This can go a whole way in erasing stereotypes.

“My dress code was influenced by my love. Besides, I also decided to dress like this because I know the music industry is full of mad people plus temptations. They can force you into indecency and other despicable things. I also understand why people are concerned with how I dress but humans are like computers. The stereotypes can be done away with once they’re reprogrammed,” she said.

Meanwhile, she also advised fans and other musicians who use drugs to do it responsibly. According to Azawi, anyone who uses alcohol or other drugs should know the dangers.

And with that in mind, they ought to be responsible for their lives. Otherwise, they will find themselves in a lot of trouble.
