Addressing journalists on behalf of the IRCU Chairman after a closed door meeting Bishop Joshua Lwere says this time round the debates will be held in two groups. This is due to the big number of candidates. They will conduct this in four sessions scheduled on December 4th and 5th 2020 and January 2nd and 3rd 2020.
However, Lwere notes that debate topics will be in the framework of Uganda National Dialogue Framework paper. The topics will also come from emerging issues captured in public opinion polls and party manifestos.
