Jose Chameleone Determined To Supply 250,000 Solar Panels In Rural Areas

With all the effort and determination invested in by the legendary musician, Joseph Mayanja known as Jose Chameleone, he is ready to lead Kampala as the democratically elected Lord Mayor in 2021.

The “Wale Wale” hit singer is aiming at making Uganda a better place to stay. Therefore, he’s already promising to meet the needs Ugandans are yearning for.

Newslex Point has learnt that while on his tour in Europe last year, Jose Chameleone met ‘WakaWaka’ CEO Maurits Groen, whom he partnered with regarding distribution of solar panels in rural areas of Uganda.

According to close sources, the Leone Island boss asked Maurits Groen through his initiative, to light-up the world with Solar power and provide similar aid to rural areas in Uganda.

Chameleone is said to have successfully convinced Maurits Groen into shipping about 250,000 solar panels to Uganda and intends to distribute them accordingly.
