Khalifah AgaNaga Demands Credit For Sheebah’s Songs

Singer, producer and songwriter, Sadat Mukiibi better known as Khalifah AgaNaga, has come out to demand for credit from singer Sheebah Karungi for the songs he’s written for her.

Khalifah this week came out to express his disappointment in the self-styled Queen karma, Sheebah. This was after she neither gave him a gig nor recognized him during her recent successful two-day concerts.

It should be noted that Khalifah has indeed given Sheebah some of the biggest hits of her career. These include among others, Nakyuka, Nkwata Bulungi, Kale mama featuring Chance Nalubega, Nabaleka among others.

The Oyitangayo singer said that it was Sheebah’s ex-manager Jeff Kiwa he used to work with. After she parted ways with Jeff, Sheebah reached out to Khalifah and asked him if he had anything hot.

Khalifah had no problem and told her to come through. Therefore, the songs he gave her really helped her a time she needed them.

“I never reach out to musicians, it’s them that call me because I have what they need. So Sheebah after parting with Jeff who I used to work with reached out to me and I decided to give her the songs. And these have really worked for her so much. They were bangers at a time she needed then due to lack of management.”

Khalifah added that it’s not money that he wants but rather a credit so that others can come to him.

He further said that what annoyed him with Sheebah was her removing his logo from her videos. She did this despite paying him peanuts for the songs, a thing Jeff Kiwa never did.

Apparently Khalifah said that he wants his flowers when he’s still alive not like what they did to the late Mowzey Radio.

The Goodlyf singer had many singers applauding him for writing music for them after his death.
