Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup unfiltered apple cider vinegar

  • juice from 1 lemon wedge

Directions

  • Bring water to a boil.
  • Mix the hot water and apple cider vinegar in a glass.
  • Add honey and cayenne pepper and stir.
