Over 40 Law Breakers Remanded In Gulu Prison

Vian Kwezira, a Gulu Grade One Magistrate has finally remanded over 40 law breakers to Gulu Prison. These are aimed to serve their punishment depending on their crimes.

However, these criminals were caught and arrested last week by police for allegedly attacking Jino Otti, the LC One Chairperson of Industrial Area, Layibi Division in Gulu Municipality and destroyed his office.

These law breakers were remanded on Tuesday afternoon. On Thursday last week, bullets became a mouth piece as they rocked Gulu Municipality when security operatives and the army attempted to create fight that erupted between the law breakers and a vigilante group in Industrial area, Layibi Division.

Fortunately, they pleaded not guilty to the offenses and were remanded in Gulu Prison until July 8th. We aren’t sure whether they will win this case, but keep posted.
