Leicester city football club owner, Mr Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha has officially been confirmed dead through the club’s official website.

Mr Srivaddhanaprabha lost his life on Saturday evening after Leicester drew 1-1 with west ham United and the helicopter he was traveling in lost control and hit the ground in Leicester city’s football club car parking.
It took time to confirm the victims in this helicopter crash as the investigations into the matter were still taking place.
“It’s with deepest regret and a collective broken heart that we confirm our chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha was among those who lost their lives on Saturday evening when a helicopter carrying him and four others crashed outside king power stadium.

The primary thoughts of everyone at the club are with the Srivaddhanaprabha family and the families of those on board in such a time of unspeakable loss.
In Khun Vichai, the world has lost a wonderful man, a man of kindness, generosity and a man whose life was so defined by the love he so devoted to his family and to those he led.
Leicester city was a family under his leadership and it’s a family will grieve his passing and maintain the pursuit of a vision for the club that is now his legacy.” Half of the statement read.
Leicester has cancelled their upcoming two fixtures in order to lay their respects to a man whose leadership at the club brought the the premiership trophy.
