Singer Lydia Jazmine Donates Money To 50 Hungry Fans

Uganda’s favorite female musician Lydia Nabawanuka known by her stage names Lydia Jazmine managed to donate 200kgs of rice worth Ugx 800,000 to deejays and Master of Ceremonies though some presenters from a certain TV station undermined her donation.

However, this TV station whose name was withheld was highly criticized by Lydia Jazmine’s fans and other justified Ugandans. The singer also took it onto her social media and claimed that she is not bothered by the bad comments regarding her donation.

“I gave what I could,” Lydia Jazmine posted.

She also went ahead and sent Ugx 20k each via mobile money to about 50 fans. She said she was fulfilling her promise she made earlier to fans. After them receiving the money, all the support and pride was on her side because many artistes have not supported Ugandans in any way.

Among celebrities who fulfilled their promises include Azawi, Winnie Nwagi, Vinka, Full Figure, Sophie Gombya, Bebe Cool and many others. Keep posted because we have more updates coming in from your favorite celebrities as the lock down continues.
