Man Arrested For Allegedly Defiling His 16 Year Old Daughter

A man of 38 years old has been arrested and put behind bars for allegedly engaging in sexual activities with his 16 year old daughter in Homa bay County, former Nyanza province of Kenya.

Police officers attached to Rangwe police station arrested a man accused by neighbours for defiling his 16 year old daughter who’s in primary seven.

According to the area chief Mr Omondi Daniel, the suspect was apprehended on Friday after being alerted by some of his neighbours who already confirmed that the man has been engaging in sexual activities with the minor.

The girl finally reported the matter to one of the neighbours after her mom who also knew of the incident failed to report the issue to the authorities, ‘he added.

Mr Omondi said that when they interrogated the girl, she finally disclosed that her dad has been having sexual intercourse with her for over 3 times in the nearby bush, in the absence of her mom.

The girl’s mom has also been arrested for trying to cover up the wrong behaviours of her wicked husband by refusing to report the matter to the relevant authorities for further action.

Both the wicked man and his wife have been detained at Rangwe police station and from there, they will be taken to court next week on Monday.

The young girl has been taken for medical examination at the nearby health centre.
