Maro, a struggling Ugandan singer, has advised fellow singer and Grammy nominee Eddy Kenzo to stop flaunting hate and spread more love. Eddy Kenzo had tweeted about how many people hated him for his success, which prompted Maro to advise him.
Recently, Kenzo created a debate by saying that he was better and more successful than the legendary Philly Bongoley Lutaaya.
This drew negative comments from fellow artists and entertainment stakeholders. However, he stood his ground and continued to assert that he was better than Lutaaya.
Maro replied to him, saying that no one actually hated him, but they hated the words he used. He advised Eddy Kenzo to refrain from discussing hate since doing so would attract more hate than love.
He suggested that Kenzo should keep his mind free of negative energy because disagreements are common, even among couples who sometimes divorce but end up reconciling.
“Kenzo bro, No one hates you! They maybe don’t like what you sometimes say! Not the same thing. Keep your mind empty of the negative, people disagree, fight and divorce only to come back together, showing that love is more powerful. If you talk hate you will attract and hate too!” Maro tweeted.
One of the people who seemed to be closer to Eddy Kenzo, Big Eye was among the first people to attack the singer on social media.
