The ‘Ebintu Byange’ Hit maker explained that relationships leading to marriage can only stand if money is available. She strongly believes that money can easily create a good connection between love partners.
Lydia Jazmine clarified that despite the fact that women work, they still want men to take on their responsibilities of taking care of their families.
“Even if ladies work, they still expect men to bring money in the marriage. Money influences a number of things in any relationship and that’s a fact, ” she said in an interview with a local You Tuber.
But sometimes it depends on the tribes. Baganda and Basoga women expect so much from their husbands more than women of other tribes.
Even if a man falls sick and gets admitted, a woman will always find a way to approach him for money to buy charcoal and cooking oil.
Majority of men complain that even if their women work, they can’t simply buy anything in a home. A women will always expect a man to meet each and every need in a home.
African women grew up with a mentality that a man should provide each and everything.
