The Akasengejja singer maintains that she’s will get her daughter despite the numerous threats she’s receiving from him.

She added that Police in Entebbe haven’t been helpful because of Kasami’s influence. Kabasiita however says that come rain come sunshine, she won’t let her daughter grow with her ‘dirty father.’
“I have been receiving threats from Captain Kasami to back off this case. I met a certain minister in Entebbe who referred me to Kampala for further assistance. The Police back in Entebbe haven’t been helpful because captain Kasami is so powerful. I’m however not giving up on my daughter because I was even beaten some time ago fighting for the same reason. I can’t let her grow in such an environment that I have constantly been describing in the news. I urge all groups fighting for women and children’s rights to help me because my reasons are valid,” Maureen Kabasiita said.
The singer was in the news a few days ago with a barrage of allegations against her baby daddy.
Kabasiita alleged that captain Kasami coerces young girls into practicing lesbianism. She also added that his ways of intimacy are awkward to which she described as a ‘backpass’.
