Meet An Old Man In India Who Claims He Is 179 Years old

Mahashta Mûrasi who is said to be a retired cobbler from northern part of India claims to have been born in 1835 and this has made him to be the world’s oldest man according to Guinness world records, you can ask yourself what kind of food this man was eating to be able to live for that long, its amazing.

Some officials in the republic of India said Mahashta was born at home on 6th January 1835 in the city of Bangalore, he recalls to have worked as a cobbler in the city of Vârânasî were he lived from 1903 until he retired in 1957 at his older age of 122, according to Snopes.

Mahashta explained that he lived for so long and its as if death forgot about him, he continued and said at this stage he thinks he might be ‘ Immortal or something else. When he was asked about his family, he said all his great grand children died many years ago and for him who would be dead and forgotten many years ago is still alive.

We doubt whether Mahashta of India remembers his real age!

There is no right confirmation whether this man is really 179 years old and we cannot confirm whether the picture above is his real one, perhaps he is a different old man somewhere.

The real face of Mahashta is not identified.
