Miles Rwamiti, former NTV and Spark TV presenter has lashed out at Ugandans who have made it a habit to stigmatize people who lost elections. According to him, this is uncalled for. He says in every election there must be only one winner. The bitter celebrity actually said no one among those trolling him is worthy to even say a word about him.
He took things personal and advised people to mind about their lives because unlike them he is well off. According to him, you can’t wear jeans that cost 7000 and still have the mouth to speak about him. Well some of his fellow media personalities didn’t actually like this, they clapped back and advised him to sit down and just eat a humble pie.
Kasuku, a known celebrity news gossip advised Miles Rwamiti not to embarrass himself because whether he likes it or not, people have to troll him. This is because of his status and the kind of show he was working on. Kasuku told Rwamiti to lay low like an envelope because those talking are not about to stop.
Other Media personalities who failed and those who made it through;
On the other hand, Rwamiti is not the only media personality that didn’t go through. Annatalia Oze, a former NBS presenter also didn’t manage to win, among others.
However those who managed to win include; Joyce Bagala, former news anchor at NBS, Mr. Mosh a former Spark TV presenter among others.
In any case we are not yet sure if these media personalities will actually bounce back to media business. Most times when people go to politics, it’s really hard for them to actually get hired again in media.
