Mind Your Business – Winnie Nwagi’s Father Tells Speaker Anita Among

Henry Kabiito, the father of singer Winnie Nwagi has told the Speaker of Parliament, Hon Anita Among to mind her business. This is after the Speaker cautioned transport operatives not to increase transport fares.

She asked the ministry of transport to regulate transport fares which usually get over hiked in the festive season. Among said that the economy is bad and people don’t have money.

However, Kabiito said that the government itself failed to regulate these fares. Therefore, she should mind about what concerns her such as ensuring good roads.

Besides things such as fuel, tyres are all high and this is because of taxes. It should be noted that the Okubye Nyo singer’s father is a transport operator.

“I think the Speaker should concern herself with her line of business and stop poking her nose where it shouldn’t be. Things such as roads, lowering taxes is what she should do. But she won’t instruct us on what to do and we shall do as we please,” he said.

Meanwhile he was also asked when his daughter Winnie Nwagi is getting married. According to him, his daughter is still young. In fact she’s just 18 years old.

When the right time comes, she will bring a man to him but for now, they should let her be. In regards to the fans she kicked, Nwagi’s father supported her saying they bad touched her.
