Allan who was bedridden for more than a month succumbed to covid-19 and tuberculosis and buried at his rural home in Masaka last week.
Rumors on social media indicated that the Gagamel musician had died of coronavirus, but there was no confirmed report.
On Monday’s Facebook live video, the ‘Wire Wire’ Hit maker revealed that his son Shortkut died of coronavirus complications, which he said he might have contracted it from the hospital where was admitted whilst receiving tuberculosis medication.
The Gagamel boss praised doctors and nurses for their efforts towards saving Allan’s life.
‘M7 has told you to tell us your son has died of covid of which is ok he had tuberculosis so mutulekemu rip allan,’ Rams commented.
‘We ugandans are just stubborn but people are really dying and still dying if people don’t take precautions,’ Jojo commented.
