Mubarak Munyagwa Calls Bobi Wine A Coward

Former Kawempe South MP Hon Mubarak Munyagwa has branded NUP leader, Hon Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine a coward. This is because he postponed his countrywide tour.

Bobi Wine who has been traversing the country last week announced that they had halted this tour. This was due to the fact that he had received ‘credible’ reports that his life was in danger.

Munyagwa apparently, doesn’t see why Bobi Wine had to call off this exercise since he’s the commander. He just had to keep going and not be a coward.

Furthermore, the FDC cadre seemed to suggest that Bobi Wine’s rallies might be meaningless. This is because President Museveni would never let anyone go ahead with such if they were beneficial.

“If you are Kyagulanyi and you claim to have withdrawn from touring the nation because you suspect they are planning to harm you, you are the commander. Why are you running away when you are supposed to be the leader? Museveni will never let you continue with a gathering that will benefit you. If it’s benefiting you, he won’t let it happen.”

Kyagulanyi meanwhile announced that this countrywide tour will resume today in Mayuge district.

So far as has been the norm, his movements haven’t been disorganized by security forces. This meanwhile has generated lots of talk and the NRM faithful feel like it’s a score for them due to the lack of controversies in these processions.

Despite Kyagulanyi revealing that he had credible information that he was being targeted, he didn’t divulge who was targeting him.

This has brewed some social media chatter that he’s just saying this to catch attention since security hasn’t tried to plunder his rallies.
