The National Unity Platform leader Hon Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine has come out to compare city socialite Sipapa aka Charles Olim and the President H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

According to the self-styled Ghetto gladiator, the duo have one thing in common. And this is that they are all robbers.

Taking to his Twitter page, Bobi Wine posted several photos of Museveni meeting and handshaking with Sipapa. He then captioned his message saying that these are two thieves in one picture.

Further, Bobi Wine said that one robs people of their property and money. This is Sipapa. And the other thief robs an entire population of their Healthcare, education, and infrastructure among others.

It should be recalled that news emerged this week about how Sipapa had robbed a South Sudanese national, Jacob Arok.

According to Police sources, money worth Shs1.6 billion shillings, 4 iPhones among other valuables were stolen from Arok. And an icloud signal from one of the stolen iPhones led to Sipapa’s home. He was consequently arrested yesterday after playing ping-pong with Police.

Sipapa has always been a devotee of the NRM and has criticized Bobi Wine several times. He was even some time ago involved in a drive-by shooting incident at the NUP head offices in Kamwokya.

However, his close ties to the regime have always seen him walk scot-free despite his controversial and alleged criminal lifestyle.

For many years, the socialite has been rumored to be a renowned thug which is one of the major ways he earns his income. But his connections always help him to walk away.
